Online Course FROM THEORY TO PRACTICE: Embedding Sustainability into the Visual Art Sector by Kim Kraczon
“In an era of climate urgency, the visual arts have a vital role to play in leading the transition toward more sustainable futures. But what does sustainability truly entail in the context of producing and presenting artworks? “Sustainable Practices in the Visual Arts” equips artists and cultural practitioners with the foundational knowledge, resources, and tools to embed actionable sustainability into artistic practice, curatorial management, and daily operations in the visual art sector. This four-part seminar explores the intersection between sustainability and the visual art sector, centering on a belief that artists and cultural practitioners can drive ethical and environmentally conscious systems change in their creative output and collaborations.” (Text by courtesy of Kim Kraczon)
