R.A.R.O. International Artists in Residency program was established in Buenos Aires, Argentina, in 2014, with the aim of creating spaces for reflection and production for artists, curators, and cultural managers. Since its inception, R.A.R.O. has built a solid network of local studios where residents can develop their projects. Each studio is guided by experienced artists from diverse disciplines. The program in Barcelona offers two different residencies: the Multi-Residency program, which allows participants to travel between various artistic production spaces throughout the city, and the Home-Based Program, which facilitates a complete residency experience within the Casa R.A.R.O. facilities.
