‘De la punta de los dedos al centro de las tripas’ es una muestra individual de Julieta Beltrán (Ciudad de México, 1997)
En la soledad las dudas y voces internas brotan a la superficie. Los enredos se hacen visibles, las máscaras caen.
Las figuras que habitan mis lienzos surgen en un cúmulo de capas aguadas de pintura; lentamente, en el proceso de construcción material, cada una se va revelando, oscilando entre un desdibujar, negar y redibujar la cuerpa hasta que ésta se desborda o colapsa hacia su centro, incoherente pero viviente.
Julieta Beltrán es una artista plástica trabajando entre Guadalajara y Chicago. Actualmente es candidata para la Maestría en Artes Plásticas en The School of the Art Institute of Chicago (2025)

‘From the tips of the fingers to the center of the guts’ is a solo exhibition by Julieta Beltrán (Mexico City, 1997)
In solitude, doubts and inner voices emerge to the surface. Entanglements become visible, masks fall.
The figures that inhabit my canvases emerge in a mass of watered layers of paint; slowly, in the process of material construction, each one is revealed, oscillating between blurring, denying and redrawing the body until it overflows or collapses towards its center, incoherent but alive.
Julieta Beltrán is a visual artist working between Guadalajara and Chicago. She is currently a candidate for the Master of Fine Arts at The School of the Art Institute of Chicago (2025)
