Lava es materia incandescente que fluye entre las faldas de un volc\u00e1n que marca nuevas cartograf\u00edas en su recorrido. Lava es un colectivo situado en Ciudad de M\u00e9xico, conformado por curadoras que realizan proyectos transversales de investigaci\u00f3n y curadur\u00eda de pr\u00e1cticas art\u00edsticas. Lava desarrolla l\u00edneas de investigaci\u00f3n para su programa anual vinculados a tem\u00e1ticas urgentes para nuestro(s) tiempo(s) presente(s). Nuestro colectivo da salida a su programa a trav\u00e9s de proyectos inmersos en la relaci\u00f3n arte y ciencia que pueden derivar en formatos curatoriales desde la ficci\u00f3n especulativa, el enfoque eco comunitario y pedag\u00f3gico en espacio p\u00fablico o colaboraciones expositivas con galer\u00edas y espacios independientes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Lava is incandescent matter that flows down the slopes of a volcano, marking new cartographies in its path. Lava is a collective based in Mexico City, composed of curators who carry out transversal projects of research and curation of artistic practices. Lava develops lines of research for its annual program linked to urgent themes of our present time(s). Our collective implements its program through projects immersed in the relationship between art and science, which can result in curatorial formats ranging from speculative fiction, eco-community and pedagogical approaches in public spaces, to exhibition collaborations with galleries and independent spaces.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
