This rigorous academic program allows you to combine humanities courses with hands-on creativity.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"content-matrix\">\n<div class=\"section-alert\">\n<div class=\"section-alert-message\">\n<p>Critical + Cultural Practice is\u00a0<u>not<\/u>\u00a0accepting applications for the Fall 2026 matriculation.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<h2 id=\"what-you-will-learn\"><a class=\"anchor\" tabindex=\"-1\" href=\"https:\/\/www.ecuad.ca\/academics\/all-programs\/undergraduate-programs\/crcp#what-you-will-learn\">What You Will Learn<\/a><\/h2>\n<div class=\"content-matrix-body-wrap\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\">In this program, you will study art history, design history, English, humanities, media history, social sciences, and writing. While academic courses make up between 30 to 50 percent of other programs at ECU, they comprise a majority of credits for Critical + Cultural Practice.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">These courses are designed with your practice in mind, in order to bring modern and contemporary approaches to your creative process. This interdisciplinary approach allows you to chart your own path while fostering connections between theory and practice.
