Este taller de 4 d\u00edas est\u00e1 dise\u00f1ado para aprender a crear pinturas expresivas y llenas de energ\u00eda. Exploraremos t\u00e9cnicas como marcas, texturas y el uso de herramientas alternativas a los pinceles. Pintaremos paisajes urbanos, escenas de agua y flores en \u00e1rboles, enfoc\u00e1ndonos en simplificar formas, pinceladas din\u00e1micas y colores equilibrados entre lo realista y abstracto.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
Los participantes pintar\u00e1n con \u00f3leo a partir de referencias fotogr\u00e1ficas (propias o proporcionadas por Hsin-Yao). Cada d\u00eda incluir\u00e1 demostraciones matutinas del maestro y asesor\u00edas personalizadas.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Hsin-Yao Tseng b. 1986, Taipei, Taiwan; currently living and working in San Francisco, CA<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n Around the age of ten, he started painting in watercolors, as well as other mediums, outside of school. The early exposure instilled in him the foundation needed to excel at a very early age.\u00a0<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n He received both B.F.A. and M.F.A. in Fine Art Painting from the Academy of Art University, San Francisco in 2009 and 2012. Hsin-Yao, having already developed a signature style, has had his work recognized by the major art magazines of today, as well as by an unprecedented number of highly prestigious galleries, especially at his young age. Hsin-Yao\u2019s technique in oil is brilliant and sure; he paints in a Romantic, expressive manner that honors the Western tradition while signaling an edgy, contemporary complexity. Hsin-Yao has a curiosity and energy that propel him toward experimentation and innovation; accordingly, he works in a range of genres: from lush evocations of San Francisco and other cities to expressive portraits and finally to lustrous interiors and exteriors in which multiple figures enact a story. While his technical mastery is superb it is never arid or facile. Hsin-Yao\u2019s prose testifies to the fact that he is ambitious in the best sense; he is eager to push his art beyond what\u2019s immediate and popular toward the timeless and real. His dedication and interest in the arts are apparent from over ten years of hard work and academic studies.\u00a0<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n Hsin-Yao has recognized by the Art Renewal Center as an ARC Living Master in 2014. He has exhibited his artworks in a huge number of group shows across the United States, including solo shows, two-man shows, and many other group shows. He has won the First Place awards at Southwest Art Magazine Artist Excellence competition in 2016; made it to 2016 November cover on Southwest Art magazine; received both Exceptional Merit Award and Certificate of Excellence in International Portrait Society of America, 2012 and 2010; for seven years straight from 2010 to 2017, he has been on the Top 100 Finalists of the ARC International Salon competition.
