\u201cM.Q.S.N. \u2013 F3: Encarnaci\u00f3n\u201d de \u00c1ngela Leyva (@angelaleyvago<\/a>), instalaci\u00f3n que surge del proyecto M\u00e1quinas que sue\u00f1an ni\u00f1os (M.Q.S.N.), concebido en tres fases, cada una correspondiente a un estado distinto de la imagen y la materia.<\/p>\n

En esta tercera y \u00faltima etapa, la imagen abandona los reg\u00edmenes de latencia, suspensi\u00f3n y contenci\u00f3n para asumir una forma pict\u00f3rica, finita y situada.<\/p>\n

Las pinturas que conforman esta instalaci\u00f3n tienen su origen en im\u00e1genes generadas a partir del entrecruce de archivos hibridados mediante el uso de redes generativas adversarias (GANs), una clase de algoritmos de inteligencia artificial. Estas im\u00e1genes fueron utilizadas como bocetos: no como modelos a reproducir, sino como puntos de partida para un proceso de traducci\u00f3n pict\u00f3rica.<\/p>\n

Las composiciones plantean una serie de figuras que no pertenecen del todo a la vida humana ni a la ficci\u00f3n digital, sino que se manifiestan, a trav\u00e9s de la pintura, como entidades espectrales que oscilan entre lo cl\u00ednico y lo imaginario<\/p>\n

Coming soon! M.Q.S.N. \u2013 F3: Encarnaci\u00f3n by \u00c1ngela Leyva (@angelaleyvago<\/a>), an installation emerging from the project M\u00e1quinas que sue\u00f1an ni\u00f1os (M.Q.S.N.), conceived in three phases, each corresponding to a different state of image and matter.
\nIn this third and final stage, the image leaves behind the regimes of latency, suspension, and containment to take on a pictorial, finite, and situated form.
\nThe paintings in this installation originate from images generated through the hybridization of archives using generative adversarial networks (GANs), a type of artificial intelligence algorithm. These images were used as sketches\u2014not as models to replicate, but as points of departure for a process of pictorial translation.<\/p>\n

The resulting compositions propose figures that belong neither entirely to human life nor to digital fiction, but manifest through painting as spectral entities oscillating between the clinical and the imaginary.
