Dentro del pensamiento de la modernidad, est\u00e1n enraizados los deseos del desarrollo humano como especie, una necesidad de crecimiento continuo como individuo, representado por nuestros bienes materiales, inmersos en una espiral de producci\u00f3n en la cual dif\u00edcilmente podemos ver su origen y su final. Carlos Torres, artista jalisciense nos invita a ver y observar lo que no se logra ver al final de la espiral. Es que la vida, es consumida en este mismo excedente, sin ninguna alternativa, no cabe pensar en una tierra de recursos finitos, al contrario, se sigue teniendo un panorama de un mundo con recursos infinitos, y si se tiene la noci\u00f3n, no es lo suficientemente fuerte para modificar nuestro pensamiento subsumido en la modernidad.
