Sorprendente hallazgo<\/em>, una cuidadosa revisi\u00f3n de la vasta producci\u00f3n art\u00edstica de m\u00e1s de cinco d\u00e9cadas de Alan Glass. Como uno de los \u00faltimos artistas extranjeros vinculados al movimiento surrealista que eligieron M\u00e9xico como su pa\u00eds de residencia, Glass encontr\u00f3 en la cultura local una fuente inagotable de inspiraci\u00f3n material y espiritual.\u200b<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La exposici\u00f3n presta atenci\u00f3n a los medios y procedimientos surrealistas que el artista explor\u00f3 a lo largo su carrera, desde dibujos automatistas&nbsp;hasta sus intrincadas acuarelas y tintas en piel de animal. Adem\u00e1s, destaca su amplio repertorio de objetos encontrados, entre los cuales sobresalen sus elaborados ensamblajes encapsulados dentro de cajas, estuches y maletas, donde la yuxtaposici\u00f3n de objetos, im\u00e1genes, plantas y animales disecados componen escenas on\u00edricas que remiten a las memorias, deseos y obsesiones provenientes de las profundidades de la psique de su autor.\u200b<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dividida en tres secciones, la muestra busca desentra\u00f1ar la multiplicidad de afinidades art\u00edsticas, literarias y espirituales que nutrieron la obra del artista, al tiempo que resalta la red de artistas con los que se involucr\u00f3 tanto en Francia como en M\u00e9xico.
