Ofelia Andrades, pintora Chilena de marcado estilo realista. Nace el 29 de Septiembre de 1982 en Santiago de Chile. El a\u00f1o 1983 sus padres migran a Buenos Aires, Argentina, ciudad en la que reside con sus hermanas y su madre hasta el a\u00f1o 1992. De regreso a Chile, a la edad de 10 a\u00f1os, comienza a pintar al \u00f3leo de manera autodidacta. Al a\u00f1o siguiente ingresa a un taller de pintura y comienza su aprendizaje formal donde obtiene sus primeros acercamientos a las t\u00e9cnicas de la pintura y el dibujo, haciendo especial hincapi\u00e9 en la t\u00e9cnica del \u00f3leo. Entre los a\u00f1os 1997 y 2000 estudia en el Liceo Experimental Art\u00edstico, egresando como T\u00e9cnico en Artes Visuales con Menci\u00f3n en Pintura y Gr\u00e1fica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Ya en su primer periodo de formaci\u00f3n participa en concursos art\u00edsticos donde obtiene premios y distinciones, adem\u00e1s de la participaci\u00f3n en numerosas exposiciones colectivas: Ministerio de Educaci\u00f3n, Chile (1999); Galer\u00eda Bucci (1999); Centro Cultural Carmen 340 (1998); entre otras, culminando con su primera exposici\u00f3n de car\u00e1cter individual en el Museo Nacional de Bellas Artes, Santiago de Chile (2000). Posteriormente estudia Licenciatura en Artes Visuales con Menci\u00f3n Pintura en la Universidad de Chile, instituci\u00f3n en la cual tambi\u00e9n obtiene el \u201ct\u00edtulo profesional de Pintora\u201d en el a\u00f1o 2010.
