Se form\u00f3 en la Facultad de Bellas Artes de San Fernando de Madrid, el c\u00edrculo de Bellas Artes de Madrid.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Con 25 a\u00f1os inici\u00f3 gracias a su maestro y amigo Jes\u00fas N\u00fa\u00f1ez en la docencia, en el curso internacional de grabado “Gr\u00e1fica 85” en Betanzos, A Coru\u00f1a.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Como artista, nunca le preocuparon las tendencias ni las modas; “de hecho, las modas pasan y los modos permanecen” -dice Rinc\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Ha expuesto su obra y viajado extensamente por M\u00e9xico, Brasil, Ecuador, Marruecos, Portugal, Finlandia, Italia, Estados Unidos y gran parte de Am\u00e9rica Latina.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
