Rules for using mesh

1. Acceptance of the Terms

By using mesh, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and anyone who accesses the platform.

Platform role: mesh acts as a digital platform for cultural outreach and connection. We do not organize, produce or guarantee events, services or opportunities posted by third parties, unless expressly stated otherwise.

2. Minimum age

To use mesh you must be at least 16 years old (or 13 with parental consent, where local law permits). By using the platform you warrant that you meet this requirement.

3. User-generated content

mesh allows users to submit information about artistic events, cultural spaces, artists and more. The user is solely responsible for the truthfulness, legality and appropriateness of the content they post.

By submitting content, you warrant that you hold the necessary rights and authorizations and that your content complies with these Terms and all applicable laws.

3.1 Content license

By submitting content to mesh, you grant the platform a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, reproduce and communicate that content solely for the purpose of operating, promoting and improving the platform.

This license does not affect your copyright nor imply any transfer of ownership over your content.

4. Moderation and removal of content

mesh reserves the right to moderate, edit or remove any content that:

• Violates these Terms
• Infringes third-party rights
• Is illegal, defamatory, obscene, harmful or inappropriate

5. Accuracy of information

Although mesh strives to offer accurate and up-to-date information, it does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or reliability of any content posted on the platform. We recommend independently verifying any information before making decisions based on it.

5.1 Events, opportunities and services

mesh does not guarantee the availability, quality, prices, changes or cancellations of events, opportunities or services posted by third parties. Any relationship, transaction or agreement takes place directly between the users involved.

6. Third-party links and content

mesh may contain links to external websites or resources. These links are provided for reference only and do not imply endorsement or approval. mesh is not responsible for the content, availability, losses or damages arising from the use of external sites.

7. Intellectual property

The content of mesh (text, images, logos, graphics, software, etc.) is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, distribute, modify or create derivative works without prior written authorization from mesh or the relevant rights holder.

8. Limitation of liability

mesh, its officers, employees or affiliates shall not be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

9. Changes to the Terms

mesh may modify these Terms at any time. When changes are material, we will inform you in a timely manner.

Use of the platform after the new Terms take effect implies their acceptance.

10. Termination of accounts

mesh may suspend or cancel any user account at any time and, where reasonably possible, with prior notice, if it considers that:

• These Terms were violated
• Illegal or inappropriate conduct occurred
• There was any action that puts the platform or its users at risk

When an account is canceled, the user may lose access to their profile and associated content. mesh will not be liable to the user or to third parties for such termination.

11. Community guidelines

All users must respect mesh's Community Guidelines, which define basic standards of behavior on the platform. Violations may result in warnings, suspension or permanent removal of the account.

12. Beta and future expansion

mesh is in its initial launch phase. The user accepts that some features may be in testing, present errors or experience temporary interruptions.

mesh may add new features such as artist profiles, spaces, social tools or ticketing, which will be subject to these same Terms.

13. Data protection and privacy

Use of mesh is subject to our Privacy Policy. mesh is committed to respecting Mexico's data protection laws (LFPDPPP) and, where applicable, the European Union's GDPR.
